Heidi Brun (Senior Patent Attorney)
An MIT graduate, Heidi has been a patent attorney in Israel
and a US patent agent, for 20+ years. In 2002, she opened
Heidi Brun Associates as a boutique patent firm, specializing
in generating high quality patents.
Heidi has written patents in all the high tech fields and
specializes in turning complicated concepts and highly
mathematical ideas into readily understandable patent
applications.
She is also an expert at working with inventors. Their
visions are often complex, full of jargon, and poorly
explained. Heidi and her team of patent writers and draftsmen
can turn these sketches into elegant and defensible patent
applications.
Over the years, Heidi has worked with a large segment of the
Israeli high-tech field. She has written patent applications
for IBM, CopperGate, Saifun Semiconductors, Given Imaging,
Nuance, and dozens of other success stories, large and small.
She has helped start-up companies build a patent portfolio
and has advised numerous small inventors.
Heidi has also trained numerous Israeli patent attorneys.
